Gillian is an endocrinologist and an adjunct assistant professor of medicine at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine. She has more than fifteen years of clinical experience and a particular expertise in endocrine diseases affecting women. Gillian is the author of Hot Flash, a newsletter about women’s hormone health, and she is a contributing writer at Emily Oster’s ParentData.

Gillian attended the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University, Columbia University, and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. She is board certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.

Gillian lives in Westchester, New York, with her husband and their four children.
